How to use it

  1. Unlock and copy the prompt below, or download the .md.
  2. Paste it into Claude Code or Codex. It needs a tool that can browse the web.
  3. Answer its questions: your ICP, what makes a company a wrong fit, your sending platform, and where your list file is.
  4. It loads your list, then visits a sample of prospect websites and judges each one FIT, WEAK, or WRONG with the reason from the site.
  5. Get a 0 to 100 score, a per-prospect research log, the top issues ranked by damage, and the exact fixes to make before you send.

What the output looks like

It asks for your ICP, your wrong-fit rules, your platform, and your CSV path. It loads the list and maps the columns, then visits up to 20 prospect sites and logs each one: Acme Co | VP Ops | WRONG | parked domain, no live product | acme.com. Then it returns an overall score and letter grade, the seven dimension scores with ICP fit and signals based on the real sites, the top issues with the row counts they affect, and a ranked fix list, with 80 as the send line.
