Privacy and analytics choices.

This page explains what the Snipe Outbound marketing site stores, when Google Analytics is allowed to load, and how to change your choice.

Your analytics choice

Google Analytics is optional. It does not load unless you choose “Allow analytics.” Advertising storage, Google Signals, and ad-personalization signals remain disabled even when analytics is allowed.

Current choice: Not selected

Information used on this site

Privacy-limited acquisition context

The site stores landing-page paths, campaign labels, referrer hostnames, timestamps, and an optional source answer you provide. It does not store full referring URLs or search-query text in this attribution record. The source answer is session-scoped so a later visit is not mislabeled by an older answer.

Company-size and booking context

If you select a company-size range or book a call, that choice and the page or button that led to the booking may be attached to the booking record. Non-personal labels for acquisition class, attribution basis, company-size range, and CTA context may be passed to Calendly in its campaign-tracking field so Snipe can evaluate qualified conversations and pipeline without sending names or email addresses to Google Analytics. Information you submit to Calendly or a website form is processed to schedule, qualify, and follow up on the requested conversation.

Optional Google Analytics

After consent, Google Analytics may process page views, events, browser and device information, and approximate location. Snipe configures the property without advertising signals or ad personalization. Google may still process network information, including an IP address, to deliver and secure its service.

Why the information is used

  • Operate forms, booking, attribution, and requested services.
  • Separate genuine inbound discovery from brand searches influenced by outbound email.
  • Understand which pages lead to qualified conversations by company size.
  • Protect the website, diagnose failures, and improve performance.

Storage and retention

First-touch acquisition context and your analytics choice use browser storage until you clear site data or change the choice above. Session-scoped source answers expire with the browser session. Booking, lead, and client records may be retained for operational, contractual, security, and legal purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.

Service providers

The marketing site may rely on Netlify for hosting, Calendly for scheduling, Google Analytics only after consent, and Snipe Operations for first-party lead and booking records. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Sales, sharing, and sensitive data

Snipe does not sell website visitor data. Do not submit sensitive personal information through marketing-site forms or booking notes. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect the service, or to vendors performing the functions described above.
