Anti-Spam Policy

Snipe Outbound ("we", "us") maintains a strict policy against spam. We prohibit the use of unsolicited commercial email to advertise or promote this website, any website or domain owned or operated by Snipe Outbound, or any of our services. This policy applies to Snipe Outbound, its employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, and any third party acting on our behalf.

What we prohibit

• Sending bulk unsolicited commercial email ("spam") advertising this website or any Snipe Outbound domain.
• Using false or misleading header information, forged sender addresses, or deceptive subject lines in any email.
• Harvesting email addresses from websites, or using purchased consumer email lists, dictionary attacks, or automated address generation.
• Sending commercial email to any recipient who has opted out or asked not to be contacted.
• Relaying mail through servers without authorization or otherwise disguising the origin of any message.

Our email practices

• All commercial email sent by or on behalf of Snipe Outbound must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and all other applicable laws.
• Every commercial message must accurately identify the sender, use a truthful subject line, and include a functioning opt-out mechanism.
• Opt-out requests are honored promptly and permanently. A recipient who asks not to be contacted is suppressed from all future sending.
• We do not send messages promoting our websites to consumer mailing lists, and we do not permit affiliates or third parties to advertise our websites by unsolicited email.

Enforcement

Any employee, contractor, partner, or affiliate found violating this policy will have their relationship with Snipe Outbound terminated. If a third party is found advertising our websites or services through unsolicited email, we will act to stop it immediately.
